"I returned a remote camera system with solar panel and battery. It was a very good looking system but the software was not compatible with my imac computer. I explained to the representitive on the phone and she was very sorry but proceeded to deduct a 15% charge for returning the system. Normally this does not happen but in this case it did. Read before you buy. "

The instructions that come with them are just a small step above useless.
The video file created must be converted to a useful format in order to be viewed. The process to convert the format requires a poorly documented software program. There are numerous formats that can be used during the recording. Then there area lot more formats that the recording can be converted to. The software program assumes the user is an expert in video formats.
The conversion process for an 8.5 minute video took about 1 hour & 45 minutes."

"Really Like this camera Great Pictures and Video! The Wi-Fi is really handy my other body cameras don't have this. There are also very few buttons since most functions are done on the touch screen you really don't want to be fumbling with buttons when the action pops off. My order was processed fast received within a few days."

"The bar code on the instructions sent me to the wrong installation app. The bar code on the camera was located such that my phone bar code reader could not focus on it.
I called the help line and the support person was extremely helpful. He figured out the bar code problem and was able to help me pair the camera and the wi-fi.
The camera is now working as intended and I am very happy with it's performance."

"I I purchased this camera to do point of view videos of dog training sessions. I find operating it extremely cumbersome. Just to turn it on I have to juggle turning on the power switch while inserting the memory card in order for it to work. Unless I hold my head perfectly still there's not much in the way for video stability. I am not very happy with this product especially the cost of it. I would expect at this price level to have a more stable picture. Not happy at all"

"I purchased and testing the item zBodyCamIR-WIFI; Newton 1080p HD Rugged Compact Body Cam with WIFI and IR Night Vision. After contacting technical support, they said that "there is no interface to use" for communication with the device and a computer. Also, to connect at least with an android mobile phone, the Zutility app is not useful for setting up parameters or adjusting recording functions, which makes this device almost obsolete (actually, I tested Zutility app and it was not even able to connect with the camera, showing error message. Even after troubleshooting a few times, it didn't work). Without alternatives to adjust recording functions on this device, or alternative option for wireless communication, this device is not useful. It is not recommended if Zetronix is not offering a robust user interface. "
