I explained that I would like a refund and after several emails I finally received the mailing address and RMA# for shipment. I will be returning the product and hope I don't have to wait for my refund as long as I had to wait for a response."

"I was offered a 15% discount if I ordered the recorder on June 15th but was unable to apply it. I immediately sent Zetronix an email in that regard. Got an email from Jesse June 25th asking for the order number so I replied to same email. June 28th sent a copy of the 15% I was offered before I purchased the cam recorder to help with the investigation. July 24th still no reply from Zetronix so I sent this message. "Why don’t you simply say, since you already purchased the item we do not want to give you your 15% discount we originally offered you. This way, you can just close my case or did you already close my case?

"The product I received was fine but communication with Zetronix is horrible. There is no help desk or customer service. When I purchased the equipment there was no indication that I would be charged additional monies for each device for WIFI connectivity. There was very little in the way of instructions printed or otherwise for setting up my devices with my smartphone. I have yet to be able to pair my cameras with my PC. I am somewhat displeased. If I knew before what I know now about all of this very poor customer service I would have purchased a different set of cameras and dealt with a different company. I am out $$$ and have still not solved my security issue to my satisfaction. I want to be able to pair my computer with my cameras. I already have an internet connection so I fail to see why I must purchase additional subscription apart from the purchase of my cameras. That is not spelled out in the sales information. That is shady business.
