"Zulily customer service for the most part is AWFUL!!!. It appears to be going down hill fast since this past year. Two employees Sonya and Tameka are some of the worst. Very unprofessional, tried to talk to me as if they belong in the gutter, or talk to you as if you are a homegirl/homeboy in the street, and tameka exhibited an aggressive tone for no reason at all. A few times, after the whole 4 + years of being with Zulily I will get someone who is very professional and processes issues/returns effectively with no problem. Jason is one of the employees who is professional and will process issues/returns effectively. One time I had an argument with one of the employees because she was very aggressive towards me. Zulily need to listen and monitor recordings and reprimand accordingly. As far as the quality of their clothes/shoes, if it is a well known brand for the most part your safe. Occasionally and I mean occassionally they will have quality clothing/shoes for unknown labels. More times than not, when I have purchased clothing and when they arrive they either had a big gapping hole, the seams are unraveled, pills on shirt, sizing is way off, wrong item or size sent, not as pictured, or cheap quality."
"Shipping takes quite a while. The deals are decent. The quality of items varies widely. I've gotten some nice stuff like housewares. Then I've gotten some less than great shoes and purses. So it just depends. They say you get what you pay for."
"Do not order from this company. Customer service is not transparent and purposely leads you to spend more money on their website. I ordered a comforter set, but accidentally selected the wrong color. I emailed customer service within minutes asking to please switch to the color I wanted. I was given a bs reason why this wasn't possible because it's actually being shipped from a different vendor so it's out of their hands...then why is it on your website?? If you aren't in contact with your vendors that's probably a big f***ing sign something's wrong. Was it completely impossible to reach out to the vendor to switch a f***ing color? The order wasn't processed for entire week. In the meantime I was told to place another order for the color I did want, await the return of the first order and then I could be given instructions for how to return. When I finally get the instructions, there is not only a return fee, I have to cover shipping and handling, and they only offer a store credit. F*** this company, f*** that bs, why the hell are you making it such a hassle to return something."
"I ordered 2 tops approx 2 mths ago, I never received an e-mail confirmation showing my order. On 11/25 they took the money from my acct and a couple days later I received my sweater. I have not received the other top yet. I have no order #, no confirmation. How is one to check on an order if you have no info except the withdraw from my acct. "I was browsing and cam across a African American holiday Barbie. Beautiful doll, but the description, was unbelievable and I quote "dark skin tone" Barbie. I emailed customer service and their first reply was dry, robotic, and nonchalant. When I replied to the email explaining my unhappiness of the reply because I felt the didn't take my concerns serious, their customer service team replied stating they would forward my concerns to their resolution team and someone would contact me in 5-7 days. I checked back a few days later to see if it had been changed, it had, they added insult to injury, she is now described as a "Brunette". However I suspect that the Pink Vanilla Navy & Aqua Floral Patchwork A-Line Dress for girls is
counterfeit. It is flimsy, poorly made and runs very small. I cannot fathom that the original price
of this was ever $38.
