"Thought I was ordering a cpap cleaner. What I received was a uv sanitizer. Not at all what I thought I was purchasing. I don't feel I should have to pay to ship a product back that was falsely advertised. I Will never purchase from this company again. I feel as though I was scammed"
Wrong Prices on shipping list resulting in higher taxes and no response to remediate!
"Poor customer service. Firstly a wrong price was provided in the shipping list, that can happen. However, after reaching out to the Customer Service for assistance, there was zero response.
The poor shipment practice of not including tax in the payment incurred handling fees by FEDEX that was ludicrously high. Avoid FEDEX!"
"Adhesive really works. Too well; tough to get off and irritating after several uses . Raw skin.
No extra filters, poorly assembled. Once on it does work well and the magnets are strong . Only pulled off once per night."
