Buyer Beware!
"I ordered a part for my Rigid MS-UV, model AC9946. I received the wrong part. I called them the week of May 10th and had to leave a voice mail. I did so and have not received a call back. I then emailed them on May 16th and have not received a reply. Do not order from them!"

Terrible company to deal with
"Ordered parts, found old ones, called to cancel order no one answered phone, left voice mail to cancel order, order shipped 2 days later, called again after I got parts to set up return of parts again no one answered phone left voice mail, no response, left 2 more voice mails still no response"

Worst company that I have ever dealt with - no, it was worse that that!!!
"After 10 efforts to communicate including 3 emails to which they didn't respond, I have to tell any potential buyers to AVOID THIS COMPANY. Not once did I get a real person on the phone to answer my inquiry.
Ordered on Sept. 4th, 2019 and today is 16 days later.
Only once did Roger respond to my nasty email, but he didn't have a clue as to what the status of my order was. He told me that they would check and get back to me. Four (4) days later and IT NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I asked for the Gen. MGR. to contact me - NEVER HAPPENED!!!
Now I'm trying to get my money back through MasterCard via a dispute mechanism.
Do yourself a favor and order through E-REPLACEMENT PARTS!
If I have any more problems w/them I will post them right here. Ron"

Great Service
"Took me a few days to get a hold of them but once I did I got my parts fast. I ordered my compressor parts on a Wednesday and received them on Saturday, less than a week after I ordered. Would do business again if needed."

"I just ordered a few weeks ago from Canada and got it two weeks later. Sure, there was no confirmation other than Paypal's, but I got prompt replies to my e-mails assuring me the order was being processed and shipped. Totally satisfied. Less than half the cost of what it would have cost me up here in Canada. YMMV, but I recommend them if only for the reasonable prices."
