"I recently ordered a refurbished ASRock K8Upgrade-NF3 Socket 754 Mainboard from 3B Tech to replace the fried MB in an older computer. The order acknowledgement and shipment notification were prompt, the free shipping was nice, and I'm pleased with the product. So much so That I'm ordering another one from 3B Tech to rebuild another old computer.
The first rebuild is now running Simply Mepis 11 Linux and my grand son is happily playing his on line games on it."

"I purchased a seagate sata 7200rpm hard drive on july 15th,2011. A tech named landon verified my order by phone, because i had shipped it to my po box in key west instead of san francisco (my billing addy). He said he shipped it out on monday 18th and it should arrive 22nd. I called.22nd and jason,.another rep.told.me.it wasnt.shipped. finally shipped on.july 25th at 5:37pm..trackeer says.eta.29th. This 14.day delivery costed me money. I am not really likely.to do time critical business with this company. The.website for 3btech says.(7 day shipping). Tigerdirect and newegg are.still.my best bet for business."

"My first HP DV5-2077CL laptop arrived with a bad motherboard and had to send back at my expence. 3Btech were out of stock on that model and offered me a HP 630 laptop as substitute and I agreed. It arrived and worked good for the first two days, then started having thermal shutdowns constantly. I checked some reviews on this model after the fact and found a lot of people are having the same issues with the thermal shutdowns. I am very frustrated that HP and 3Btech would pawn these defective products off on us instead of recalling them or repairing them before they sell them. Shame on them, It is being sent back."
