"PC arrived and in perfect working order right out of the box. Have had zero issues. 13th gen i7 with 4090 and works like a charm for all my gaming purposes. AvaDirect kept in constant contact with me to give me updates and options available to reduce my delay in build and delivery eta since certain 4090 makers ie MSI, PNY etc. would be available sooner than others (Pre-ordered the build with the 4090 so I knew I would have to wait patiently going into this build and purchase). Pricing-wise, extremely competitive compared to competitors (I spent over a month researching and comparing same spec-for-spec on every custom pc building site available). I definitely feel I got the best quality service/product without having to trade-off on price."
