"Purchased my cigars in late August 2020. USPS tracking number provided which shows package sent but then no further movement for 3 weeks. After expected delivery date passed I lodged a PayPal claim. Absolute Cigars only response about 10 days later was to send PayPal Resolution Centre the tracking number which we already had. Absolute Cigars then without warning blocked my account from their website & did not respond to my emails asking for a reason. I can only assume it was because I lodged a dispute with PayPal who found in my favour and refunded my money. Absolute Cigars’ website is full of positive reviews however, if you read their FAQs it says they do not post negative feedback. I should have read their reviews on independent sites such as this one. DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM ABSOLUTE CIGARS."

Absolutely Terrible customer service!!
"I ordered my cigars over a month ago and they still have not arrived. I have called and left emails a few times with no reply or assistance. I will be reconsidering ordering from this company again. Also, since they ship worldwide maybe they should have an idea of the customs fees customers will be charged. This was not worth my time!!!"

Burnt on first time experience
"Hi to all those out there reading this. My first experience dealing with absolute cigars.com is one of complete frustration. I read through all their marketing and they seem like a legitimate company, l ordered cigars and paid for them. I received an invoice and that has been the last I have heard from absolute cigars. I have emailed multiple times for customer service support and feedback with nothing in return. I can only surmise that this website is completely false, beware anyone and everyone of absolute cigars.com. I wish I had it in my power to be able to reach out to everybody and tell them not to have dealings with this website in anyway."

Very happy with my delivery
"After reading so many reviews, I was hesitant about buying cigars from oversees but took a chance on ordering from absolutecigars. If I was unlucky and got stuck with an import tax charge (Ireland), I could return them and they would refund my money minus the delivery charge which was decent. They had a great selection to choose from and every cigar was well described. I received my delivery a week after ordering and everything was packed safely and the box of cigars looked exactly like the site picture. The cigars themselves are perfect. I didnt get stuck for import tax and I am very happy that I ordered from these guys and they will get my business next time as well."

Horrible Customer Service and a rip-off!
"I was a repeat customer of Absolute cigars. I live in Calgary Alberta Canada and had purchased from them two times previously with no issues. My third purchase however was for a 5 cigar sampler pack for 38$ US. When it got to Canada it was hit with a 143$ tax/duty charge. Im not sure how that number was determined but at any rate I refused to pay that much and told the clerk at the Post Office to send them back. Somehow my credit card was charged as well for return postage, I contacted customer service and was told when they received them back that I would be refunded. That was over 3 months ago and now they won't return any of my messages or emails through their customer service email. Complete rip-off and I'm out 50$ Canadian. I will spread the word about this unethical company who rip people off of their hard earned money."

Ordered product - never sent, ignored all my emails and calls. Fraudsters.
"Ordered a product. Chased up five times on email and more via the phone about when they'll dispatch it - for my wedding, no less. They ignored every email and their phone line is clearly a fake as nobody ever answers no matter what time of day you call. They took my money, a significant amount, and have not sent anything.
Stay well away - they are fraudsters. Their registered address is not their actual one."

Virtual reality...........is their any one their ???????
"Paid for some cigars on 3rd December 2018..while browsing the site discovered they weren’t dispatched until the 12th December which concerned me as no one contacted me to tell me.
From the comments above these people are obviously drop shopping product (taking orders collecting the money financing their business).
Its the 21st Jan 2019 still no delivery of the product i paid for on the 3rd December..this is not acceptable.
Obviously this company has big issues

"I've been ordering for years from these guys. Always had a good experience. In 5 years of ordering I've had 1 mistake and they fixed it at their cost. They go above and beyond compared to other places. Most of my orders ship to Canada in less then 10 days. Other places I've waited upwards of 3 weeks.. cigars are always in great shape and packed very well. Mike and team are very easy to work with. Usually respond within 12 to 24 hrs of any messages I've left. And are always Happy to work with customer. If you wish to order cigars this is the place to do it.. Absolute cigars has you covered. Best place for international shipping and ordering of cigars and accessories I have found..

Do they even exist?
"I have called numerous times during the month, with no answer. How is this even possible?
Finally, I sent an email via their contact screen and as of this review no response.
This makes me suspect this is not a legitimate store. I am hesitant to place an online order and provide any credit card information to an establishment that does not respond through normal channels.
So Buyer Beware"

"Bought a box of cigars.
I received an email with the order received, nothing else. so I was nervous they would not come or be sent.
But the package came in today. And with a little gift in it.
So all in all. Its was a fine experience.
The shipping was okay too. From USA to Denmark in 11 days. Its not bad.
An email with shipping information and I would give 5 stars, but 4 it must be.
But will shop here again.

"Got my first few packages as described thank you. Upon ordering the third time did not receive item or tracking numbers and after numerous attempts at communication elevated to paypal for a refund. Tried again same result. Not sure why this has happened however will not recommend moving forward."
