"Hi, my name is Mike and I'm the purchasing agent for an oilfield related company in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska (the origin point of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline). I've been at this job (buying) since 1991 and we purchase from vendors all over the US and some internationally.
Access Transmitter sold me exactly what I asked them for, in a timely manner, and at the best price that I found on the internet. And, they communicated with me each step of the way as well as providing a tracking number for the items (which drop-shipped from the factory).
I chose Access Transmitter mostly because they had no 'bad feedback', but also because they provide their company address on their webpage. I always feel that a company that doesn't give me their address may be up to "no good". After all, if you're trying to do everything right, you should be proud of who you are and want people to know how to find you!
It's interesting that the company owner and his wife happened to be taking a mid-winter's ski vacation when I emailed them about this purchase. They got back to me in a very timely manner and offered to complete the transaction from their vacation location. So, when I mentioned "communicating" up above, I mean that they were truly at the reins of their company, even while away, and the transaction was handled so well that it was invisible to me that they were not sitting at their desks at headquarters.
I don't take the time to review that many companies (shame on me for not taking that time to be able to help others) but Skip and his wife Kadi both impressed me with their "Customer Service". I noticed that there were zero reviews for them on ResellerRatings and vowed to take the time this time!"
