Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
I wish I could give Adorama below 1 star, unfortunately this is the least option that I cold use.
"I ordered a pair of klipsch floor speakers R26PF around May 20, 2018. They shipped it promptly but then it began my dilemma. I received only one of the speaker out of two after a wee. UPS didnt deliver the 2nd speaker until after 2 weeks. I had numerous phone call with Adorama meanwhile whihc didnt resolve the issue a bit. However I received the 2nd speaker damaged so I called adorama on June 12, 2018. They told me that UPS would come to pick up both speaker and once Adorama received both speaker they will ship me another pair. UPS never showed up, and I kept calling Adorama from June 15-June 26, 2018. Still no UPS.
This is a horrible store to to buy any product. There is ZERO Customer service that you can expect from ADORAMA."
"I think Adorama chooses their products better than Best Buy or Office Depot. For instance, I like the Canon camera models they offer better than those offered by Best Buy or Office Depot. Also, Adorama had the exact laptop of my dreams. I could never find the perfect laptop at Office Depot or Best Buy."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM ADORMA UNLESS YOU HAVE WEEKS TO WAIT FOR YOUR PRODUCT. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH SOMETHING THAT YOU NEED QUICKLY! I purchased an Atomos Shogun inferno with some other items in April. The atomos was a dud and returned it. It took them a while to send it back and was told a representative would contact me once they received and processed the item for exchange. I wrote on the return form and told multiple agents that it was time sensitive to get it back and to please express ship. No call no any thing they shipped it 10 day. I would have gladly payed for shipping myself had I been given the chance. They provided a $100 dollar gift card to compensate for receiving the item so far down the line of when I needed it. Alas history repeats itself. I used the gift card and gave them another chance. I ordered some tripod legs form them along with some other items and paid for 1-3 day shipping. Their Website does not state they don't have them in stock. Mind you B&H will let you know if an item is coming from a manufacturer etc. It tells you there is a delay when you order. Adorama does not. When I saw the manufacturer was shipping I called to verify it would be on time. They promised it would. Fast forward a day or two and my item will not be here on time. It will arrive by the time I am on a shoot in the middle of the dessert 100's of miles away. A call to Adorama only led me to be told the first agent I talked to should have changed my shipping to 1 day in order to guarantee delivery and that they could not do anything for me but cancel my order or refund me 20 something dollars for shipping. Second time I'll be having to go out of my way and spend extra money because of very poor customer service."
"Through the years, I have often ordered products from Adorama, without a hitch. Recently, I bought a used item and then changed my mind. Adorama processed the return rapidly, no questions asked, and even sent a follow-up email confirming the credit to my card. What a pleasure doing business with them!!"
"I ordered canvas. It usually comes in 1-2 days. Third day, I called. Was promised expedite shipping. Have it by Friday. I had a show Sunday and needed it. No show. Called and complained. Was told nothing they could do. Screwed me at the show. Said I would have it next day. Business closed. Still don’t have it. I won’t have someone telling me I will have a business supply and four days later, still not have it. I live one shipping day away from their warehouse. Will definitely go to a more reputable business for time sensitive materials from now on."
