I had placed an order for for a BFG asylum geforcefx 5600 ultra (as per their title and description) on july 9th, 2003. Both their DESCRIPTION and HEADING describe the product as the 5600ultra but their model number describes it as the non-ultra. So to make sure that they actually had the ultra version, I called and talked to a guy which comfirmed that it was the 5600ultra. So I then placed my order. I then call them again to double check that it was the 5600ultra and I talked to a different guy also stating that he was pretty sure they carried the 5600ultra in stock even though the model number was different, but he did tell me he'd call me back after the made sure of the stock. I wait an hour, but he never did call back, and so I call them back and they finally admit to NOT having the 5600ultra version. This is fine, so I request that they cancel my order since I was on the phone with them already. He told me that they dont cancel orders over the phone, which I think is poor customer service. So I had to email them again to cancel my order, which is pending right now, since I havent received any comfirmation if my order has been canceled or not. But I will update this.
Update: My order was canceled. They seem to be honest and I now have no ill will towards them."
