I am a MAJOR fan of ATS. I would be lost without them.
"I have been a customer and a major fan of ATS for several years. I so depend on your expertise and knowledge to correct the occasional issue that happens every once in awhile. With technological advancements happening at light speed, and the clutter of the internet, it is only a matter of time before a computer needs a tune up. Your patience is my salvation
"My laptop did upgrades over night. While doing that, that procedure uninstalled the software needed to run my printer. I did not know that had happened until it was explained to me by your ATS repairman. I recognized that there was a problem with the connection between my printer and my laptop, but fixing it myself was out of the questioned. I needed several items printed right then. So the only help I knew I could rely on was ATS. Every time I have called ATS whatever the problem has been it has been resolved. Having my laptop repaired without having to take it somewhere and then wait what seems like forever to get it back has been the great discovery ever. Because I am not a computer nerd I am a a loss when it breaks. There has always been someone at ATS to help me. If you were to give out gold stars for patience there would not be enough to go around in a 24 hours. Thank you again!"

Finally, computer techs that actually know what they're doing
"Several times the past few years I've had issues with my computer. Every time I contacted Advanced Tech Support the issue was resolved. One time it took the techs a few hours to find the problem, but find the problem they did. I will stay with Advanced Tech Support for as long as I own a computer."

"I am a wrinkley and not very clever on the computer except for basics so when something goes wrong I have only one path to take and that is to connect to ATS. I don't think I have had a lady in the past but I would include them with the male staff and say they are absolutely fabulous. They understand my garbled problems and step by step they tell me what to do and what they will do to solve my "ailments". They are absolutely brilliant - keep up the good work."
