It been 3 weeks with no resolution
"I ordered a mezuzah and kosher scrolls for my sister for Hannukah. It took over a month to arrive and when it did, it was not what I ordered. I emailed mutiple times before getting a reply. It's been since 12/25 and I still have not received an resolution. It takes days, often weeks to get a reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. THEY ARE TERRIBLE."

Horrible experience never again.
"I ordered some hair serum, and first off all they were late with the delivery, then they sent the wrong product plus they arrived broken and spilled all over the box. This is insane and the customer service has been subpar at best. Barley any communication from them, when I tried to see what we can do or get a replacement or to correct this. And it takes them like 1 week to reply to emails like I said it's insane.. Never again"

Horrible experience
"I don't even know where to start!! Order was placed and couldn't get a straight answer on delivery time frame. We would ask questions and neve get a response. Never able to speak to a person, phones never answered and voice mail always full. After 2+ months, our order was shipped. It was not shipped from NY as originally thought, it was sent from India. Item was not even close to what we ordered. Item not brass, it was spray painted and wiring was faulty!! Our electrician said it was a fire hazard. I can not recommend this company at all!"

Horrible Experience
"I'm so glad and yet disappointed that I get to add my 1 star review to the others with the same experience. I'm not sure what this place sells but they sure didn't want to sell anything to me. I ordered a ring on November 8th and it's now November 21st. It wasn't until I contacted my credit card company to finally file a dispute that I immediately get a cancellation from the company. Are you serious. I reached out to this place several times and they ghosted me every time. How hard it is to do what they do. You take orders and fulfill the orders. If you don't have the items, out of respect, contact the customer, but don't ghost them. I was so excited to get this ring too. What kind of company does this?"

Do not shop with this company!
"My daughter is getting married at the beginning of October. For the wedding, I ordered a tallit for my so-in-law to be, in mid July. This company seemed to be the only company to produce tallit with the Israeli flag on the back, which is what he really wants. As I am from Toronto, I was surprised that the tallit came very quickly. I took it out of the bag to make sure it was what I ordered. The satin material around the neck looked old and stained. The material was dirty in parts and the Israeli flag was ironed on imperfectly. I emailed the company and they agreed that for the $540 American dollars I paid, (translating into over $700 Canadian) I should get perfection. They agreed to send another tallit which was executed better, with the Israeli flag sewn on but the material looked paper thin and it was significantly smaller than the other one. The strings were not the same quality as well. My son in law is 6'1" and this second tallit would have fit a small boy on his Bar Mitzvah. Needless to say, I am infuriated. I called the company and they said they would do what they could. Three or four days went by with no response (and I'm sweating because the wedding is in a month). I then emailed and they let me know that I would have to send back the other two in order to get another one. I get that, but the cost to me for shipping would be astronomical, and I would not be assured the next one would come on time. I am done with this company and will have to use parts of the second tallit to affix to the first, at an extra cost to me.
I wish I had read the reviews which are all mostly negative, but I was so excited about the fact that they advertised this product. All I can say is Buyer beware."

"The worst online shopping I have ever experienced.. Placing an order was fine, however, the length of time for the order to arrive was WEEKS and when the order came in wrong, which by the way they guaranteed me by email they had the correct item selected on the order. When I called them upon order arrival to have them look into the issue, they hung up on me and refused to answer their phone when I called back multiple times.. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE AND THEY SEEM UNETHICAL! PLEASE DONOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!

"I ordered two hats on this site which stated that they were Wool dress hats. When I received them both were made of a different material being Polyester and Polyester / Cotton blend. I have owned and worn hats all my life (staying covered) and know that unless you own Wool hats in intrepid weather areas the stain and shrink, quite frankly there disposable within a couple months. I contacted the company back and their return policy is so aloof that no one can comply with their policy so you end up SOL. The products sent out are not of inventory they are dropped shipped from China which take weeks to receive and you can't return them because it has to be done within 14 days of purchase. Customer service is poor with either no response, or someone on the other end of the phone speaking illegibly fast that they want you out of their face. I would suggest looking else where for similar products you want from someone who is serious about selling good products, and following through with customers they have sold product to. BUYER BEWARE"
