"I got the m17 delivered back in December 31 of 2008. I was pretty much an Apple users. This machine is great! The m17 has returned by faith in PCs. I am using the m17 as a portable desktop replacement. I highly recommend all looking for a powerful PC to check out Alienware! They are worth the money."

"I ordered an Alienware m9750, and I could not have been more pleased. The customer service was impeccable and friendly, the computer shipped on time, and they follow up to see if your system is fine. I have ordered computers from large companies like Gateway or Dell, and I can say that they could care less if you ordered from them. The build quality of the machines that I ordered were very dodgy and cheap. In the case of Dell, they failed to deliver my laptop on time after numerous delays that totaled over one month. Gateway cut corners where it could by putting in a cheap Samsung WXGA screen with maximum light leakage, burning smells coming from the vent, a rapidly deteriorating battery, and palm rests that VERY HOT even if you were just browsing the net. Even a cooling pad negated the effect very minimally. The reason why I decided to order the m9750 was simply because of its excellent cooling system and very high resolution screen that I can use to type up my reports that requires a very large screen with a very high resolution. Alienware has went above and beyond what I expected from any computer company. I would definitely order from them again! I think Alienware just gained a customer for life."

"Purchased Area-51 m17x in June 2008, product arrive not quite as ordered, was to have a "etchable" DVD drive, emailed about it, no response, not a big deal, thought it would be neat but really have no use for it. It does tend to freeze a lot not sure why, sometime I need to remove power and batteries to get it reset. It is a very nice Laptop with some cool features. Would I buy another one.....not sure

"Received the system on June 7th 2008, I had ordered a limited edition special and I was very amazed by the quality and the speed of the system. I wanted the system in french and received it in english but I called their technical support which was very helpful and helped me install it in french. Im very satisfied with their service and would recommend them for everyone that want an affordable quality system."

"The system is great. It came a day earlier than scheduled so I had extra time to set it up. Everything works like a charm (well, it does have Vista, so there may be drawbacks). It is quiet, fast and I am so satisfied. The workmanship is excellent and it all fits well together. The only "drawback" is that it barely fits under my desk and I occasionally hit the sleep button on the front with my knee. I guess I need a bigger desk!!"

"What can i say, Alienware is the best. Ive always liked the way they combined design and technology. I just got my M15 as a present from my wife, ive always wanted one cause i think their workhorses. I use that pc for video editing and music. THe person was very helpful and my order was changed with no problems at all. when my system arrived, it was in excellent condition and arrived just one day after the estimated date. "Ordered an Area 51 X58 for my development computer.
There were some delays with the build (Bios issues) but my salesman was happy to keep on top of the build team and send me daily updates of the status.
When it comes time for us to order more computers for the company, I will defiantly get quotes from Alienware first."

"Ordered a M17 system. And got it about a week before they estimated. A+ on their part. It preforms like a rock star. My only complaint is that being it's so big it's hard to find a case/bag for it. But what can you expect from a 17" with dual video cards. But other than that I would say this machine is top notch in every aspec."

"Having had home built computers for years, I finally decided on a company to build one for me. Compared to what I was using before, this computer is awesome. It is one of the basic gaming computers (Area51 750), but it completely meets all my needs and plays all the games I have at the highest resolutions with no lag whatsoever. Alienware itself has been great with their communication. Not only did they tell me when the computer went into production and when it was shipped, they still send follow-up emails to make sure I'm still enjoying their product with no problems. I feel that if I did have a problem, they would take care of it quickly, and I would be able to speak to a person who won't just give me copy and paste answers. All in all, I highly recommend a computer from them, and will in future purchase from them."
