I have placed two orders now and both have been excellent quality and the customer service has been just as good.
"I placed two orders for some shorts, athletic tees, flip-flops and socks. One of the tees was out of stock and they sent me a personal email right away and let me know that they would get it to me as soon as possible. I did receive that tee just as they promised. The flip-flops I ordered were of extremely high-quality but they weren’t quite right for me and we’re uncomfortable to wear so I returned them to exchange for a T-shirt. They handled the exchange with excellence. I highly recommend this company and their products!

"I have bought from these people a few times now and the product is quite satisfactory. The problem is that the boot cut jeans I wear are hardly ever in stock and months away from being available.
I had completed my latest order and thought all was well only to recieve notification later that they were on "backorder" and were not expected for 4 months. I was also told that I should have seen the backorder notice on the web page when ordering.
The first time I bought from them I waited at least two months for the second pair to arrive, The second time they never were able to deliver a second acceptable pair.
After cancelling the order I went back to their web site to see where I might have gone wrong. Turns out that I didn't. When I re-entered the order information, it went through like previously. No Notice, No Nothing.
So, while they do produce a good product, the management and office staff need a major upgrade.
Sad."

"I have ordered from allamericanclothing since they were unionjeancompany. Their products are top quality, and the service is great. Once a product was out of stock and they gave us a discount when it shipped. I am a customer for life! The union line jeans they have last for years of heavy use. You can even trace where the cotton came from on their house brand jeans. (all US farms!). THANK YOU all american clothing."
