"Ordered 3 barstools that were listed as 32 to 40 inches high. They came fairly quickly, all three were scratched and damaged and found they only came up to 31 inches high, looked on the website and the description was now different!
Called, and the customer service was great! Got a full refund and was told I could keep the stools. I cant use them, but i can donate them to someone who needs them. Would buy from them again, because even though it was stressfull i did not get what i wanted, they took care of our issues and made us happy

"I ordered on Nov 9. As of Nov 14, no charge to my credit card and no tracking info. The items I ordered were needed my Nov 20 so it was pretty much guaranteed they won't make it on time now since shipping probably won't be done until Monday at this point.

"I attempted to purchase 2 bar stools on Oct 5th. Their website showed 12 in stock at the time. After the estimated shipping date had passed I called them and was told they were backordered, even though the stock was now showing as 30+. I was given a new shipping date of Qct 26th. When that date passed I cancelled the order."
"My husband and I placed an order on November 7, 2006. Several days had passed and we received a tracking number that when typed in the system, came back invalid. When we called the company to check on our order a young lady told us she would call us back in a few minutes. After waiting for hours... I returned her call. I was told she could not get the supplier to answer the phone. After waiting several days I decided to call the supplier myself. Imagine my reaction when they told me they had not been contacted at all. The supplier informed me they had to wait for a confirmation from allbarstools.com in order to send out my order. I contacted them again via e-mail, then via phone a few days later, then via e-mail again and so on. Needless to say it has been several weeks now and I still do not have my order. I would never buy from this company again!"
"We have placed an order with the company on February 25th, 2006. On March 3rd, we have inquired the company to supply us with the tracking number and got response that the shipment is delayed. They offered us to cancel the order. On March 4th, we have replied that we would like to cancel the order. The customer service ignored our request and instead sent us an email on March 6th with the tracking information. At this point we didn’t want to deal with a company that neglects and ignores its customers, so we have refused the merchandise and requested a full refund. A claim has been submitted to our credit card company which is currently pending investigation. The company has then started arguing with us that it is our fault and we have sent them an email after the merchandise has already been shipped out, completely ignoring their first email where they have offered to cancel the order. The company is also trying to charge us shipping fees for their mistake and ignorance although the items were sold promotionally with free shipping.
We lost $37.20 because of this company's negligence.
The company is ignorant to its customers. Communication is very poor. The company fails to respond to emails. You will make a big mistake if you will purchase anything from them. Their policies are not customer oriented and only target consumer to loose their money.
Do not buy anything from them. They steal from their customers!"
