Still waiting on product that I was told was shipped a month ago
"Chatsworth items ordered at the beginning of September and that I was told was shipped 9/18 have still not gotten to me. Never anyone there to answer the phone and emails take days to be answered. When I do get an answer I'm being told that the items have shipped or are about to be shipped. If you can't fulfill the order then just let me know!"
