"bought item from this seller thru ebay due to an error on their part I recieved a large lot of computer parts that belonged to someone else . I tried for 3 days to get in touch with them via their 800 number no one answers the number !
I finally got in touch with Ben who was thankful that I caught the package and let them know where it was! after arranging with him to have FedEx to pick it up from me , instead of shipping it back to them ( thus saving them approximatly 70.00 shipping cost , Ben offered to send my purchase free ...a PCI sound card well they got their package and I never recieved the sound card no answers to email and of course only answering machine on the 1 800 number.....seems this company is promising alot and not delivering"

"My Shockbox is very fast and runs flawlessly, just as promised. I purchased it primarily for AutoCad and Photoshop use, but I have also enjoyed being able to use it as a TV or DVD player in my office. The bundled features make it a great value for the money. Allshock was very responsive in answering my questions about networking to my other computer."
