"I called in this order on a Monday evening when it was less than an hour until they closed. Dan took my order and put it on hold until I called in the credit card. (Customer wanted equipment on his card).
Dan followed up the next morning but calling me three times. I was able to give him the payment information minutes before the ship deadline.
My order was at my door at 10am on Thursday just as expected. Awesome job guys and gals!!
I am a repeat customer and after an experience like this I will go here first for my equipment. Thanks again."

I reviewed your order, since you placed the order online and it was not a recommendation by one of our consultants we will certainly credit you for the item itself upon return to our warehouse. However, the cost of return shipping would be your responsibility. It is stated in our policies which are agreed to at time of checkout, that should a product need to be returned due to an error on our part, we will take that responsibility and cover the return shipping. In cases where the return is not caused by an error on our part, we do ask that customer to take responsibility of the return shipping. "i live in a town that got hit by a terrible hail storm, and my vent termination for my furnace was destroyed. I had ordered the only one on another site that looked right but it was too widely spaced between the intake and exhaust. So I ordered from alpine and they had one that had the same brand as my furnace, so my assumption was that it would fit (see the problem is it was there when we moved in and we just bought the house, and there are no model numbers or information on the termination kit). But I got the vent termination and it fit perfectly. It also shipped quickly and was packaged way better than the previous one we had ordered from elsewhere!"
