Partial review
"I would like to select two thirds of the stars since I have only received two thirds of my order so far. Customer service is looking into it. Overall the supplies arrived as scheduled and they should suit my purposes. I appreciate that most of the packing material was not plastic, but the corrugated paper left many bits of paper fibers on the plastic wrappings of the supplies. Everything needed to be vacuumed before we could store the supplies."

Nice frames, instructions lacking
"The company assumes we are all professional framers. My wood frame kit came with no directions. I found a video online which did not state that the inside wood support frame needed to be placed a certain direction. I at first placed it upside down and could not screw the screws in completely. A few instructions would have been helpful."

Order large!
"I wanted boxes to hold newspapers I am saving, and I thought I ordered the right size. But, while the newspapers pretty much fit in the boxes, they don't fit in the protective envelopes. So I had to order the same thing, only a size bigger."

Packaging was a problem
"Because all the items were wrapped together and stacked on top of an archival box I had ordered, the weight of the other items caused the archival box to partially collapse into itself. The quality of all the items was good but I am disappointed by the damage to the archival box."
