The customer service is beyond compare, I love that I can email or pick up the phone and get help right away. AM is so through and detail oriented, they caught a mistake I had made on a recent order (ordering binders and then the wrong size inserts), emailed me right away AND told me which were the correct items AND fixed up the order without any effort on my part. Beautifully Cut Mats
"I ordered three 24X30 custom cut mats. They took about 9 days to arrive from placing the order to receiving them. They were worth waiting for. Beautiful job, no overcuts. Everything I was expecting. I was wondering how they would arrive, how did they pack them, and how they were shipped. Talk about over packing. It took a while to open the package, but everything was in great shape. I will order from them again."
