"(After this post I feel that Aries Print is doing what they can to correct the issue.)
Experience was ok. Product was very good.
Placed an order but the wrong mailing list was uploaded(being the same name as correct one). Called first thing in the morning as based on the website they had not run the order yet, it was still pending approval. But called multiple time and finally 3 hours later received a call from company.
They told me that I would have to place another order, because they had run the other order and put the address on them.
The thing that bothered me is that I did not feel that they were being completely honest about needing me to place another order. But I do not know how the process works.
So now I have 1000 extra postcards and paid well over $100 more than I was expecting."

We cannot be responsible for customers providing us with the wrong files and as a gang run printer we cannot alter jobs that are already in production as yours was after reviewing the timeline and call logs. Also, the order was placed with 2-3 day turnaround and was completed within our stated turnaround times. With that being said, we always strive to make every customer happy. As an offer of good faith we are issuing a full house credit of the printing purchase price of your last order (doesn't include shipping & postage). The $53.48 credit will be available for use on any future order and we hope to retain you as a customer. "I've enjoyed working with them because they are so prompt in getting with you if there is an artwork issue and helping to meet your deadlines. I work long hours and evidently so do they because it is not unusual for me to get a response to a question even if it is 8pm at night.
I've called and asked their opinions to make sure that I am taking advantage of their expertise and in turn gettting the best product possible for my clients. They are always helpful when we are going through that process. Great job!"

Moments after upload, I heard from Ares Print via email. I responded with a question. The phone rang within seconds and they walked me through the issues on the phone.
