Easy ordering process
"While searching for a replacement motherboard for my wifes pc, I found AscendTech to have the part I needed in stock and with free shipping. Website was easy to navigate and checkout was quick. Some websites make it harder to actually purchase their items than searching for them. Will use their website again when I have computer related needs.
The original manufacturers motherboard lasted about 5 days past the warranty period. I hope this board lasts longer as my wife likes the pc."

"Ascendtech had the part in stock. I called and talk to a lady who was very helpful. She confirmed that they had the part in stock and answered all my questions. Ascedtech also offers for a fee to test the motherboard before shipping, which I appreciate and are taking advantage of."

Only thing was I would have like to have known how long "Super Saver" shipping really was other than "could take longer than ...".
