"I ordered on March 14 for Dell Latitude 5520 with my credit card. On March 16th, they shipped me wrong part. I received wrong shipment on March 17. I asked for RRA to ship & I returned them wrong part March 18. Monday March 20, around 3 pm they received my return part. Same day I asked them to ship my order of Dell Latitude 5520 dated March 14th, as soon as possible. I would paying for wrong pkg back to them. On March 21 they cancelled my order without asking me. I wrote again to reinstate my order instead of Refund. No reply yet means no more questions. Very bad company to deal with & never recommend to anybody."
Item shipped to incorrect address, seller refused to correct it
"The item I ordered was shipped to an incorrect address. I contacted customer support and they informed me that they would only ship to the address on the credit card used for the purchase. This is not true, because the address on the email confirmation I received is also incorrect, and is not the same as the address associated with the credit card I used (which would be the correct address). After multiple attempts to correct this through both email and phone calls, customer service has flatly refused to check the address on the CC, and has prevented the shipper from correcting it on their end too. I've now disputed the charge with my CC company as customer support has made it clear I will never receive the item; I hope MasterCard is every bit as kind and helpful to Antonline as Antonline has been to me. Order at your own risk"
"Don't buy from this terrible company. They might be legitimate but are horrible if something goes wrong. Bought a PS5 bundle a while back from them, somebody had likely stolen / pulled the PS5 from the bundle box before arriving at my home and UPS delivered the box on my porch with me signing only with the bundle contents in it.
They were very rude, had no sense of urgency, refused to help me /in any shape or form still did not want to even just provide me the serial number of the unit upon request that was supposed to ship to me to add to the police report. In the end, it was too much of hassle to deal with and I ended up taking a loss for it. Thinking back, I should have just chargedback through my bank to get it sorted out, but was more or so not in the right mindset at the time at the shock of this happenining in the first place."
"FedEx lost package and ANTOnline expects me to wait 30 days for UPS to find it. Yep you read that right. In response to my email that's what was stated to me, they didn't even look at the order to see how it was shipped. I personally contacted FedEx twice, first time to start investigation, second time to follow up in which they explained the package was lost. I explained sll this to customer service yet this is the response I received."
