Horrible customer service
"Had trouble with the order and went to online chat. "Jeff" said I hadn't followed instructions and should stop arguing with him. He said they would have to cancel the order. I said fine, please cancel & refund. Then he said no it was too late. After getting nowhere, he called me a f*cking b*tch and said he would not help me and I would have to figure it out myself."

Got called an F***ing Idiot
"Got called a F***ing Idiot by a gentleman named Steve. I am a information security expert for a living and ordering windows 7 pro for a rebuilt computer. I checked the website has a valid HTTPS Certificate but there is no identity to go with the certificate, so in other words it's just a certification to verify the domain name. The computer I used is a NIST 800-171 compliant computer with the use of special secure browsers. After I placed the order I went about my day since I placed the order after hours I would not get the verification phone call for the purchase until the next day. I wake up to go to my job the next day and noticed a $800 charge to my card I used for the purchase. This card hasn't been used for a while and this was the first purchase with in a couple months. I cancelled the card and then received a email from this company for the payment and I kindly told them my situation and that I could not complete the order. I received a very rude message from someone named Steve saying several F-words on my home answering machine where there are young kids!!!!
This is a very unprofessional company, they are also not BBB accredited. STAY AWAY!"

Excellent prices, product and service
"I was afraid it was a scam because the prices were lower than on the Microsoft website and the first webpage of their service tech provides (ComputerServiceGuru) had some grammar mistakes, but seeing all the positive reviews on this website made me decide to take a chance. I'm glad I did; I purchased what I needed for a lower price than on the Microsoft website and their technicians set up everything for me. I will definitely go here first the next time I need more software!"

Best customer service I've experienced in years!
"I purchased a Microsoft Project Pro 2016 license from Atlantic Discount and experienced problems with getting the license to install on my Windows 10 laptop. A technical support team member connected to my system remotely and not only solved the problem quickly (an installation incompatibility between my O365 installation and Project)...he then also worked through a number of Windows updates that were needed for my new laptop. Thank you Kyle, and thank you Atlantic Discount for such a great customer service experience!"

Excellent service...
"I purchased MS Word and was worried about the installation process since I have had so many unpleasant experiences installing software purchased on line. Their automatic download and install function made it a two or three click process. Not only did they install the MS Word I had purchased from them; they also recovered MS Office I thought was gone forever. What a relief!"

Worth it ... and not a scam
"Due to the low prices, I honestly thought that this might be a scam. However, it wasn't. Atlantic Discount Store is a licensed Microsoft partner. I ordered Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 for about $60. Everything works perfectly... When you make a purchase you, you receive an email (1) informing you that you'll be receiving a phone call within 30 mins (more like an hour) to verify the purchase and (2) that you can log onto an interface where you can download the product (which takes about 30-40 mins to download). Once you receive a phone call, a product key will show up on the account interface where you download the product. Once, the product has been downloaded, you activate the product with the product key. I recommend."

"I was in search of a reasonably priced Microsoft word product, and by chance, came across Atlantic Discount Store. I was not ready for the experience that was to come. I purchased the product then had problems with installation because of "incompatibility." After notifying the technicians at Atlantic Discount, they wasted no time responding, took remote control of my computer and stayed there until the problem was completely RESOLVED. In addition to that, they GENEROUSLY completely and UNEXPECTEDLY provided some additional software with the product!! I can only say that if you're thinking of purchasing a product from this company, think also about the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE which is so often missing when one is only concerned with selling you a product and then you're forgotten. Oh, by the way, did I tell you that I'm overseas and they STILL did all this? Thanks Atlantic Discount!"
