Execellent Tech Support
"I was having trouble starting the download of newly purchased software. Went to the chat room and they were able to get the download working using a remote connection. It was some setting on my end of a new computer with Windows 7 installed. Then with the connection to Microsoft, the installation failed twice. Someone was reading my mind as a rep from Atlantic called just after the last install fail. He had me connect back to Chat and I got a tech to connect remotely. They installed everything needed and did all the updates required remotely and much faster than I could of. The prices were fantastic and the tech support were rock stars. Will for sure come back and buy again."

"Purchase software on their web site. It forward me to the Microsoft site for media tool to down load software. Tool does not work always get an error. I left two messages regarding issue but did not hear anything back. Beware in using this software purchasing site."
