"If I had a satisfying experience. WITH THIS COMPANY. despite being my first order. to my order. I did not realize that I did not see the data sheet of the clock. and it was not until after the order shipped. I saw the two watches that I liked, did not have at the bottom of the cover screw or bolt. and they were just putting pressure seal and cover. but seeing this error. send an email. which accelerated to cancel my order. by the company without cheating or restocking fees. because they had not yet sent. and this house acted professionally cancel my order. so I explained to them. and this is good, because another house, maybe not my cancellation would have been interested in weather. and would have to be sought OTRS legal ways to do so. but for them it was more important that they knew it was not what I wanted to purchase and canceled. if thoroughly recommend this house for seriousness. and I make a recommendation. exposure watches your website. showing not only the main summit. that is, cover art. but also at the bottom. to see how each client and decide whether to just near the lower eyelid. or screw. or screws. JORGE G."

"Had to cancel order. Purchased watch as gift, item listed in stock. Order status had not changed within a couple days, so I contacted store and was told that it was a mistake, it was not in stock, they would have to special order it and would send it to me "when they received it." As this was a gift not knowing when to expect the watch was not acceptable. The only positive is that they credited my account very quickly."

"The experience of dealing with the store's sales team wasn't very pleasing initially. However the store called later and setalled the issue. "I appreciate the fact they do a security hold but I ordered my watch on the 16th and there was a hold for 4 days until I was even notified about a security hold and I ordered this watch for a present, which as you can assume did not get here on time. I finally received my item 8 days later and I purposely ordered it when I did so the item would be here on time. Now I have to make a special trip 4 hours away to deliver this myself vs. Giving her the present the day of her birthday when we were together."
