Had a customer on first order, lost a customer on second order
"Hard to give an experience when I just placed first ever order. UPDATE--After receiving the order I must say I was more than happy. The products were good, shipping and packaging were up to par. Shipping was free because my order was $200. I had forgotten to put two other things on my first order so I decided to go ahead and order the two bottles of prep and polish. I was absolutely floored when they wanted $8 dollars a bottle just for shipping. I sent a email to customer service explaining that with shipping prices that high I could no longer be an .everyday customer. I ordered both on Amazon for a little cheaper and the shipping was only $4.95 total, big difference. I have yet to hear back from customer service so that tells me this company DOES NOT really give a rats tail about their customers experience (which is always good to find out before you really need them). I guess if you have large dollar amount orders to qualify for free shipping it would be safe to order from Autogeek.com, but small orders they will eat you alive in shipping charges, but with little to no customer service I'm leary of any order."
