apparently shipping detail products is extremely expensive
"I have never paid nearly $20 to ship something that's not extremely heavy or over size. Almost most places offer a free shipping on orders over $50. Won't be back"

"When you give great deals, promo's bogo's...etc., then 5-7 dollar flat rate shipping.....people jump all over that. I do!
PLEASE don't jack up the price for shipping when you offer sales, bogos, etc., when you're not offering a low flat rate shipping, to offset the discounts....thgere hve ben many times when I get to checkout, all excited to place my order....then see a 13-14 dollar UPS charge...going to N. FL.... then I just cancel and don't look back. Great products, great insight, Bob and Mike are terrific...phone staff borderline rude IMHO. I am a VERY nice guy, and have felt as if they were bothered to talk to me the few times I have called. The TRUTH!!!"
