"Purchased a set of Anzo Headlamps for my 2015 Honda Accord Sport. Experienced condensation issues on them. When purchased another set of the same headlamps i experienced worse condensation issues. Cost me $450 in labor up to date on top of the $578 Auto Accessories garage charges me for the product. For your peace of mind and to save your hard earned cash simply STAY AWAY !"

"Ordered a set of Husky Liners floor mats for my 2014 Ford F150 and couldn't be happier with the experience. I spoke with a young man who guided me through the entire order process. He explained the differences and benefits between the Husky's and Weathertech mats and my order actually shipped the same day I placed it, arriving 2 day later. "LOOK ELSEWHERE. Wish I would have read all the reviews first instead of looking only at prices. Unprofessional customer service and ridiculous policies. Waited 3 weeks to receive $400+ seat covers just to have them start pulling apart after 2 months and they won't do a single thing about it. Should be simple... Take care of the customers and they will take care of you with repeat business and recommendations. Not this place. BUYER BEWARE."

"Customer service appears to be above par. The site is geared towards misrepresentation and smoke and mirrors. For example. When you place an order they charge your card right away. Once that charge clears they then place your order with each manufacturer. This process greatly increases the time it takes to ship and for your to receive your order. "Great product! Now I have Covercraft Sun Shades on both my cars. You cannot find any comparable product on the market. But on the top of it is Customer service quality. I ordered wrong model for my truck. Problem was resolved after short (less than one minute) call to customer service and replacement product arrived in no time. Thanks you guys!

"I received a car cover with a manufacturer defect that I found while unpacking it. When I call the customer service rep said that they would "send out a pick up code" then I received a request for pictures of the defect and no pick up code! There is a hole in the cover that was there when I unpacked it do I need to prove that with a picture. Really I will be returning the cover on princable they can take a picture of the cover and decide what to do! There return policy is very sketchy!! I would not recommend this on line

"You lost a customer today. Weathertech sells their floor liners for my vehicle for $239.85. You offer a price match guarantee. You sell the same liners for $265.35. You heavily advertise free shipping.
When I called, your policy was explained in greater detail. In fact, the shipping charges are built into your pricing because you will only match end of cart financing (after shipping).
I then noticed your advertisement that today only you were offering 15% off on any order over $150.
Then found out that you don’t do that with an extremely long list of manufacturers including Weathertech.
Then I was directed to call your service center because, “While we cannot advertise certain coupons or prices online, we may be able to provide deeper discounts over the phone.”
Then I found out that not on Weathertech.
So none of your advertised claims were even remotely true.
I will not be back."
