Great Customer Service
"I have yet to actually receive my paint due to some change of address mishaps, but Kacie has been helping me every step of the way. Even with one shipment sent to the wrong address (my fault) and one that ended up being returned to sender (also my fault), they were polite and helpful in getting me set up and squared away.
If you ever mess up an online order and want any hope of having things set right, make sure it's at this site, and make sure Kacie is the rep you talk to. 10/10 they will take care of you."

"I ordered my paint online and the website made it easy to find my paint code . The paint took about 2 1/2 weeks to come in, but when it got here it was a perfect match. I could not find matching spray cans anywhere in my area, but Automotive touch up.com came through for me.

Clearcoat Produced Fog-Like/Powdery Mist
"Somewhat satisfied with the product . Several of the cans of clearcoat came out and produced a fog-like mist. I thought maybe I just didn't shake it enough so I switched cans and it can out normal. Got another can shook it and began to spray it too produced a large fog-like spray and seemed powdery.
No interaction with customer service, but wasn't able to deselect star rating."
