Autoparts was OK as well as fast shipping. But the product itself (Hidden Hitch) had paint chipped off. I had to use spray paint to fix. Extremely poor quality for Hidden Hitch's so-called "powder coat." Ridiculous that the customer has to touch up paint! (and not due to shipping) Hidden Hitch gets 1 STAR. Autoparts gets 5 Stars."

"Autopartsasap did a wonderful job. After searching the web for a long time and calling local places, they had the lowest price by at least $30.00. I called and asked questions about the specs of my item before I purchased it. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. The shipment came extremely fast (2 days) and was in a sturdy box. The item was inside the shipping box and inside its own factory box. It came sealed with all the parts and instructions. "I received my Tow Ready 118505 Trailer Wiring Harness promptly from Autopartsasap.com and had it installed in my 2012 Prius in no time. After removing a few panels I was able to unplug the car's light connectors and plug the wring harness without too much difficulty. Then it was just a matter of routing the wires, grounding the the car's body, connecting to the battery and mounting the converter. Overall it was a painless experience."
