"I bought a Dension Gateway 500 because the price was reasonable and I felt these guys were specialists. If price is all you care about then they may suit you well. But if you need to interact with their staff (owner I'm guessing), then I cannot recommend them.
The unit I got was professionally installed but has never been properly working. They responded to my ticket, which is good (and something I can't say about Dension itself), but then it went downhill from there.
The details aren't important. What's important is how they treated their customer. They don't know the first thing about customer support; as a customer I should not have to put up with insults, accusations, and attitude. They apologized at the end, but with a lot of ifs and buts, which didn't make me feel any better. They didn't give me a refund or an exchange. So I just gave up.
Bottom line: I wasted $600 on a product that doesn't do what it claims to do."
