"TERRIBLE TERRIBLE business, this place is a scam and will treat you like dirt, they sell very bad items OUT OF THE BOX and will not do anything to help you. They threaten you with restocking fees and only refers you to the manufacturer and they will continue to scam people with the same item over and over, BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY"

"I ordered a 42 Watt LED Spa light, and received a 8 Watt spa LED spa light. Their order confirmation shows 42W, the linked product spec says 42watts, the pictures are all of the 42watt bulb. They say it is my fault, I should know that the spa light is only 8 watts!!!!! ???? There is no mention anywhere of 8 watts. I have had 38 email communications and another 8+ phone calls to deal with this. I want them to either send me 42watt light, or take care of return shipping and not charge me restocking fee... It has taking probably 6 hours out of me time to deal with the morons working for this company. I don't know how this store gets this high reviews here, all other sites give them a 1 to 1.5 rating on a scale to 5 indicating it is a serious problem."
