Very hard to get a hold of anyone and when I did finally get a hold of him, it seemed like they could care less

"I received a proof for our banner within minutes of submitting it! Joe called immediately to let me know the proof was available and I was able to look at it and approve it in real time. We should have our banner in hand within 5 days of placing the order and it has to come all the way from Minnesota to North Carolina! Color me impressed! Can't wait to see the banner!"
