"At first everything was great quick shipment but arrived with no instructions or manual had to print it from online source - now have called and tried to resolve an issue with the scanner not reading our own barcodes while the scanners we have at the register read them. Called customer service they couldn't help said they would have someone call back but has not called back at the times set I waited at work for two hours for a return call that never came"
