"Overall, I believe store associates could have been more helpful in assisting to find my lost car key fob while in shoe dept. Not one associate attempted to check on the status while I spent over 3 hours searching for it. After walking in proximity to an associate, she did ask if I had located it. This same associate called an eatery for me so that I could check to see if my key was left there. At closing, an associate was about to lock the door when I asked to use the phone to call for transportation. I was amazed at how zero thought was given to see if I needed additional assistance prior to closing. Each left w/o saying one word to me.The next day, I experienced the same treatment. On the third day, I spoke with a manager (she was unavailable the prior two days, but I am positive the store associates did not make her aware of my situation) to see if she would review surveillance. She stated that she would when time allowed, but would most likely call with an update the next day."
