"The young man at the cash register was very nice and helpful doing his job. I asked for help on the floor and he called an associate, found out later he was the store manager. His name is Audrey (not sure of the spelling). He arrived talking on his cell phone then more or less blew me off and walked off. When I finally found what I needed I asked to speak to the store manager. The cashier told me that the person I wanted to complain about was the manager. So I asked to speak to him. Again he arrived with the cell phone in his hand. He told me he had been on the phone with his district manager when I had asked for help earlier. I told him I would have felt better about the situation if he had told me that. He said I didn't know I needed to tell you that. He never apologized in any way. He had also been on break after I had asked for help originally. I know this because I saw him returning to the store with a drink in his hand. He was very rude and lazy. If I ever go back to this Beall's and see him in there I WILL LEAVE! Again the cashier, Brandon, was very nice."
