"This store is usually very clean...but very cluttered! 2 people can not get down/around the aisles at the same time in any department with the exception of make up and fragrances. Also, the racks are so full that you can not look thru them without hangers falling off. This is NOT the employees fault...it is due to the store either being to small....or trying to carry to many categories of items. And, I can't recall the last time I was in there and there were more then the 2 employees checking people out....2 employees for the entire store...so no one to be able to assit with getting things from a higher wall rack or any other issues. This is the main reason I do not shop this store as often as I do others."

"Pampa store was very good and the experience also was OKI have quit shopping the mall store in Amarillo cant find employees and the don't seem interested in assisting you if you find one. Very few employees."

"We own a ranch and its a nice place to vist and shop when we come to town. I love the new manager. She is very helpful. We like the discounts you offer and my husband loves the chairs. He sits while I spend. Its a Texas thing."
