"I love getting the coupon book at the first of each month. I look forward to going to Beall's and using them especially if I know I someone I need to buy a gift for it's a great feeling saving that extra money off of their gift but when they open up their gift they are always surprised and happy with what I have picked out at the store for them."

"An associate from another department came over to me while I was standing in line and offered to check me out at another register. Very thoughtful. She also corrected a price for me that rang up incorrectly. She walked with me all the way over to the display where I go the item and she saw the sign. She was very kind."

"The coupons sent in the mail are sometimes confusing. One coupon I had indicated 50% off clearance items. I found something on sale that I wanted to purchase, but it wasn't considered clearance. Also, there are too many exclusions from the coupons ... there have been several times I would have purchased an item, but because it ended in .98 it wasn't covered by the coupon. But it is nice to receive coupons in the mail, and when I can use them I get really great deals!"
