"Overall a good experience. The only problem I had was lack of details on their website indicating the laminate finish I was looking for. The laminate I ordered (from another source) was available in two finishes and there were two edges listed on the website with no indication of which was which. A phone call first thing on Monday morning cleared things up and the correct finish was sent quickly."
