"Purchased a sony nex c3 camera. The camera was said to be brand new. The camera appeared to be new however there was some interesting things that made it not new. The camera did not have a owners manual, not flash adaptor in the kit and the camera had no body cap. Also the camera had the battery already installed in it and the date and time were set up and the shutter count was at 7 pics taken so that make me know the camera was not new as stated. I wrote customer service and have yet to receive a reply back but I am not happy regarding the service I got on this so far."

"Would never buy from them again. First I asked if the camera 1DX came with a USA warranty. Their answer was yes. When I received the camera 6 days later (on their site it they have a map showing how many days to delivery. In my case it is 1) no warranty at all. Then I was told the refund would take 3-5 business days. After 2 phone calls to them the refund finally came on the 8th day. If I hadn't called, who knows when I would have gotten it. Buyer beware!"

"I wish you had described this sale as an "open box" and that you had double checked every single accessory before shipping. I got a European charger chord instead of a North American version. I called to request to be sent the right chord for the Canon brand charger LP-E6, instead you sent me a generic charger. Very dissapointed. So I just went to Radio Shack and bought the right chord."

"I was nervous about buying a $2700 plus Canon 5D Mk3 online. I worried about getting a grey market without the USA warranty as advertised. I worried about prompt shipping. The camera came within days of my order. It did not have a USA warranty card and the Canon packaging box indicated it had a lens. I ordered only the camera body so I wondered why the box was mismatched. One call to Big Value's customer service took care of all my concerns. The warranty was to be registered online with Canon USA. I did so and the camera has a USA warranty . The original kit box was reused as Big Value sells the lens separately which was ok with me given I ordered only the body. This is probably why I could purchase my camera for less than anywhere else. All the other peripheral components were present as advertised. This was a very good purchase experience. The sellers delivered as promised. I plan to buy from this vendor in the near future. Most likely, I'll get some telephoto L glass."
