"Worst internet buying experience EVER. After placing my order, I did not receive an email confirmation, so I called to make certain my order was placed. After two calls, I was adamantly told my order did not exist and was not placed. Six days later, my sink arrived after I had made other arrangements. Can I return it? Yes....but they will deduct a 30% restocking fee, plus I have to pay return shipping, for an error that was NOT mine. Their customer service was incredibly hard to contact - and, obviously, inefficient. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. (By the way, the only way I have an order # was AFTER I received the sink, they can now locate my order)."
