The DVDs didn't Print Properly
"The DVDs did not print properly. It said Corrupted Data. Truly a horrible service that I would never get again. It costs way too much money for nothing but a printed DVD cover. It arrived 2 days after I said the required shipping date was."

EASY, FAST and Perfect
"This was a fast job, done perfect and had it the next day. We need printing on CD's. I had another vendor that was not letting me know what was happening. I had been waiting almost 3 weeks to get the job. I asked to see if I could get it next day, Ask and you shall receive. That is what happened.
I called like 4 times, was able to speak to a live human quickly and He had all of the answers.

Posted Sep-01-2021Let me explain as it appears you are confused about dates and the meaning of "Ship By Date" Ship By Date means that we must ship by that date. It is NOT deliver by date. You placed your order August 11th @ 8:15pm East Coast Time (which is where we are located). We processed your order EXACTLY how you ordered. Custom Printed Blu-Ray discs and shipped by your requested Ship By Date of 8/12/21. Additionally, you chose to have your order shipped via FedEx Home Delivery which would have taken 5 business days to arrive, we upgraded your shipping to FedEx 2 Day which is why you received your two discs two days after the requested Ship By Date! You DID NOT order any duplication. If you had, you would have needed to provide us with either a master disc OR upload the content to duplicate. As you did not choose the duplication option, then we cannot duplicate!
