"I ordered bath towels and hand towels. I immediately received a confirmation of order and then nothing for a week. One week after placing order, customer service called to let me know the bath towels I ordered are out of stock for 6 months and the only color available is white. White towels are always safe to bleach so that kind of defeats the purpose. I cancelled the order so I cannot comment on the product, but it would be nice to know if something is out of stock BEFORE giving you my credit card info. Also we are a military family currently stationed overseas and APO is not an option in your drop down box for shipping or billing address. This is a shame."

"so far I really like the towels and the capes are great also!! I love that they have sleeves so clients can have their hands out without me having to worry about getting color on their clothes. I will be ordering more capes soon and will order towels again when I need them and let others know about bleachsafe."

"Very satisfied with the quality of bleachsafe towels. Last order of six dozen lasted our Barbershop over six years. Wow! These towels were washed over and over. Held their loftiness and softness with a little bit of fading (black towels). Will definitely order again from Blu Sand again. Also, kudos to the customer service rep that helped me track my order. That was one ofI the fastest reply I have ever gotten back from an email question."
