Poor Service
"I booked a trip with some friends to Jamaica for August to celebrate a friends anniversary. A couple weeks after my initial booking I noticed there was a price decrease of $350. I called Book-It to request the difference back because the companies my other friends used did adjust their rate and after waiting an hour my request was denied. I then requested to just cancel and pay the $25 cancellation fee and was told I would still have to pay for the flight. I am afraid what will happen if I have to cancel due to the virus. I won’t be using Book-It anymore."

Horrible Service!!
"Only 1 person was helpful. All the employees where beyond rude and had attitudes! When ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they got mad put me on hold for about 1hr until I spoke with someone again. They say they will honor a change if the price is low but they keep you on hold so long when they search the price changes. This was the WORSTTTTT 3rd party website I have ever booked from. I will never book here again! They need to train there employees better and make it easier to communicate with guest because this is day 4 I've been calling with no answer or email response. Horrible horrible horrible !!!"

"Bookit.com is a scam. They steal your money and don’t answer your calls. I booked a trip through bookit and the resort said bookit never paid them. I had to pay for my stay a second time. Now I am having a hard time reaching someone to get a refund. Don’t book with them. This is a scam."

Horrible experience.
"After weeks of deciding I finally gave in and tried booking a vacation last night. I picked everything out and purchased the trip. I get a confirmation letter saying the hotel part didn’t go through and to call. I call immediately and while waiting an hour on hold I get told by the person he can’t do anything and to call tomorrow. I agree to do so.
I call today and was on hold all together around 3 hours today only to hear that I’m going to have to pay 95 dollars more. I give in and then the guy tells me actually that room I wanted was taken. the private swimming pool suite which is the only one I wanted.
He gives me a full refund but am still extremely disappointed how my experience went with book it today."
