RUN WHILE YOU CAN
"This is scam, no contact phone number, when you send email they do not respond, I send about five messages but never receive even one respond. I have been doing this for two year with other sites but this is the first time using this site and it's a nightmer. My item was been receive since August 16 and still have not receive anything from them and I have ask for my book to be send back and I pay for the return shipping but no answer either. I promise you stay away from this site cause it won't do you any good, it's pure madness."

Complete and utter frauds
"I urge you to stay away from these scam artists. Sold books worth $1000 to them and they have refused to pay me for about a month. Most of my emails are ignored. The one message they replied to they denied ever receiving my package, despite UPS tracking proving otherwise. Please, save yourself the trouble"

"I regularly deal with more than 25 sites regarding textbooks. Every site is unique, even though they are all after the same kind of information. Hands down, Bookscashed is the worst of them. In two words, my experience with Bookscashed has been irksome and painful. In three words, add maddening."

"The website for placing a sell order is a repeatedly a terrible experience.
Orders disappear, are cut off, impossible to correct a mistaken entry.
I have spent hours on this site for very little return for me - or of course for them since I assume they want to buy books.
I sent them an email about problems. No response despite their cheerful web site statements about their great service.
I have sold over 7000 books this calendar year to about a dozen companies on behalf of the Burlingame Library Foundation. ALL are vastly superior experiences.
I keep thinking the site must get better, it's new, give them a chance. No improvement noted so far."
