"I ordered a mirror and it was delivered timely and was packaged very well. The mirror had a few small defects in the frame, but Bronson Design Studio worked with the vendor and offered to give me a credit or replace my mirror. Good customer service!"

"I had an excellent experience shopping with Bronson design. The shipping was prompt via UPS. Unfortunately one of the pieces came damaged and they sent a replacement within couple of days.

"Bronson Design Studio had the best price on the mirror I wanted. And at that price, they were also the only company that had it in stock and ready to ship. It was shipped out right away, but once the shipping company received the mirror it took them another week to deliver. The day of delivery they gave me a delivery window between 8am and 5pm. They finally delivered at 6:30 pm. The carrier did not want to wait for me to open and inspect. After opening, the mirror frame was damaged. I notified Bronson Design Studio and they promptly took care of the problem. Thanks Dave! Your customer service is first class."
