"Very happy with purchase. Customer service was great. The website says that any order over a certain $$ figure will receive free shipping. The item that I was purchasing qualified for this, but no free option was provided during checkout. I called Bronson and they corrected this issue immediately.
I received the light fixture within 3-4 days. The only problem was that one glass shade was cracked. I did not like the shades, so I did not call Bronson to correct this issue. Overall, I would purchase again from them."

In addition he arranged for a shipment process that facilitated acceptance of the order, and he price matched another website. It has been a very nice experience."

"I am writing to share the experience I have had with Bronson Design Studio. My husband and I love Uttermost products and I was very excited to find this wonderful website with a great range of products at excellent prices. We have bought several items and enjoy them immensely in our home! Most recently, I purchased an Uttermost lamp that was sent with a missing lampshade! Disappointed, I contacted the company and received a timely response from the owner, Dave Romanko. He immediately reassured me that it was a mistake and noted that it will be corrected. Shortly thereafter, he followed up personally with the UPS reference number and updates as to when I should expect the shade. In such a competitive market, product quality is often not enough. Bronson Design Studio provides quality products and service which certainly will contribute to customers, like myself returning again and again.

"My experience with Bronson Design Studio has been a refresher course in great customer service! From beginning to end, Bronson Design Studio was quick to answer my questions and to get additional information whenever I requested it. The order process was easy and my order arrived ahead of time. However, when I was not satisfied with the color of the product, Dave was able to get an authorization for a return and the product was picked up within 3 days. My full refund is supposed to be posted to my account within the next few days.
I can't say enough about how happy I have been with this company. I have already placed a second order which should be shipped this week. I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone."

"I purchased two identical mirrors from Bronson Design Studio. My order was processed in a timely manner and the items were shipped promptly. One of the mirrors was damaged in shipment. Bronson Design Studio immediately arranged for a replacement mirror to be shipped. When I emailed them regarding the damaged mirror, they replied immediately and expressed genuine concern and desire to fix the problem.
