"my experience with build direct was great. the sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. my only complaint was that there are many broken pieces, which is disappointing, but that's not the salespersons fault. I believe that delivery is the culprit. overall, I'm happy."

"Sales rep was polite, knowledgeable, patient and communicated well. There was a miscommunication at the warehouse but the person in charge quickly pulled my order and I was on my way. Very pleased with the service. I like the bistro st. It is sturdy and heavy. It rained a lot the other day and when it finally dried, I moved the chairs and rusty water came out of somewhere. Maybe it was the stain color of the composite. Not sure. But I still like it."
